Han Dynasty, Chinese Pottery Green Glazed Jar

Chinese pottery green glaze jar decorated with incised lines on the shoulder. Lead glaze with copper is the main colorant used in Han period to produce green glaze. Greenware became popular during the Eastern Han period.
