| DESCRIPTION: A plump jade snuff bottle in ovoid form, fashioned from a white stone that fades to shades of light green in places. The bottle rests on a raised foot, and on each side a mask is carved. Well hollowed, this larger size bottle would have held a quantity of snuff. Dating from the late 19th to early 20th C., it is finished with a white jade cap. DIMENSIONS: 3” high (7.6 cm) x 2” wide (5 cm). | ||||||||||||
