| The size of Silver Kettle: 4 7/8" Dia x 3" High(top fo cover knob), 5 1/" High top of handle. It is very vine Japanese Steling Silve Kettle made by fine metal artisan named, Ikkakusai(Nagata Tomijiro who resided in Nagoya area) and made many fine silver works during thos time. The silver kettle is in the design of Dobin which Dobin was earthen clay tea kettle. The wokmenship of kettle is fantasticlly made. It appear very realistic design of Dobin. The handlet made from wicker or vine with Silver wire which make the handle very stablized. The cover insde written as Tobin Gata, Jungin Yuwakashi(pure silver hot water kettle) on inside cover. The box made with Kiri wood(paulownia wood). Ikkakusai Zo(made by Ikkakusai) and his chop sealed. The condition of silver kettel very fine condition. The wicker(vine) handle end little wear bbut you can pick and serving all rith. It is good for the health making the hot water by silver kettle which I heared from someone who dring a lots of tea. The condition of tea kettle excellent, just old silver turnished. The wicker handdle end little wear off but it is holdbing by silver wire on one end.
