The bottle of white porcelain with 'orange skin' texture is painted on each side with various colored enamels, gilt and iron red, one depicting an old man listening to a lady playing the liuqin, a four-stringed lute, and on the other side, a young man holding fan with a young lady kneeling down by a stream. The base bears a Daoguang seal mark in iron-red.

H: 2 1/8 in. (5.4 cm.) excluding stopper
