A fine large silver rimmed cloisonné vase decorated with winter flowers, prunus, peony and Chrysanthemum over a rich Maccha green tea base. The vase stands 12 inches (30 cm) tall and is in fine condition but for one slight vertical fracture above the center plum branch (see photos). The Jungin (pure silver) grade stamp is visible on the base.
Japanese hexagonal form blue ground cloisonne enamel vase decorated with a single bird flying over flowering plants. Green counter enamel at the base and interior. Bronze rims are at the mouth and foot. 9 5/8" high. Late Meiji to early Taisho period (circa pre-1910 to pre-1925). Very good overall condition. There is one small flaw in the enamel (see enlargement 10) and the rim is slightly dinged.
Large late Meiji Period Japanese dark blue ground jardiniere decorated with a collage of chrysanthemums, peonies, lilies, cherry blossoms, and layered green leaves. Copper rims are at the mouth and foot. The interior and base are coated in light blue counter enamel. Measures just over 8" high by 11 1/4" diameter. Very good overall condition. Edo period Japanese cloisonne bronze box with dark green ground. Very finely detailed and in excellent original condition, it measures 5" diameter and 2.5" high. A wonderful example of fine workmanship of the period.
Fabulous companion pair of Japanese of silver wire Cloisonné Lamps. One of the lamps has a round shape and the other is hexagonal, but they look very similar in color and design. The lamps are made with vases that include custom bronze tops and are mounted on unique 6-sided bases. Superb Japanese cloisonné enamel 4-panel table screen, with white ground and decorations of pheasants, birds and flowering plants. The rectangular base of the screen is green with yellow and white flowers. The silver back of the 4-panel screen has fine etched designs of bamboo plants, and the Inaba mark is in one corner.
Condition: Excellent shape with no damage, dents or repairs.

High quality companion pair of Japanese cloisonné vases. The vases are made of silver wire on a copper body, with an interior & bottom of dark green enamel. The exterior enamel of each vase is predominantly colored in shades of brown. A band around the top of each vase has two (2) reserves of love birds followed by two (2) sets of an alternating shield pattern of the classical dragon & flaming pearl & Phoenix. Here is a three-footed cloisonné inkwell of round form and inverted rim designed with chidori-shaped cartouches in textile patterns on its lid and jeweled neckline. In the traditional shippo style of the Meiji Period, this inkwell is decorated with three foliate-shaped cartouches on a deep-blue enameled ground, each interlinked by elaborate clasps in muted enamel colors.

Meiji era Japanese is this unusual little round cloisonne box made of twisted brass wires or cloisens. It measures 2.25” high x 2.5” diameter, and is a very nice piece for the serious collector.
