DESCRIPTION: From a Florida estate comes this colorful and skillfully painted Tibetan window frame with four panel-shutters and old iron clasp hardware. The shutters are deftly painted with lively hunting scenes of tigers, deer and hunters in the field. The frame surrounding the panels is painted in a border of floral sprays. The window frame itself is probably several hundred years old, while the shutters seem to be later replacements, probably 20th century.
