In between the amber, smaller beads of Lapis Lazuli have been inserted. Finished with a very beautiful Mala Head in Lapis and with two small beads of turquoise. Size of the amber beads: 2 cm x 1 cm circa. Weight: 60 gr. Very good deep honey colour.

An late 18th century or earlier Wooden Printing Block. Carved in Pali, the ancient language of the Buddha. Most probably created in the Dege monastery in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Carved both sides. Both sides pictured. Due to size, specifically the width, I believe that perhaps this one was made to print sutras that would go inside a prayer wheel.
