A large and heavy European shape serving dish decorated in underglaze blue with deer, bamboo and pine trees in a river landscape. This item was made in China for export, circa 1750, during the reign of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795). A Chinese silver tea set of tea pot, cream jug and sugar basin with applied decoration of " prunus blossom" and " tree bark". this is a very desirable pattern and the set is in excellent condition.As a mark of its quality, the interior of the creamer and sugar basin are gilded. Stamped at base with Chinese charcters and English SAIHI LOIWO. Age: C. 1900. size: from the tip of the spout to the handle: 25 cm.

An interesting antique Chinese silver box detail of hand chased story figures with clear faces. The sides has repousse work of figures too, also dragons and fish through ruyi clouds. It seems to describe a story about two men and a horse. Maker's mark sealed on the base. Very good condition.

Cantonese high quality export fan with lacquer box. The leaves made of silk and paper beautifully painted in gouache, gold and silver. One side with warriors and horses, the other side with phoenix and flowers. The sticks and guards of lacquered wood, finely painted in different gold tones. Condition: pristine, box with minor wear. Dimensions: length of guard: 28 cm, open fan is c. 50 cm wide, box: 31.4 cm long, weight: 268 g.

A rare mid 18th Century "soft paste" porcelain ale tankard with "crackular" glaze and well painted underglaze blue landscape decoration. This item was made for export to Europe, circa 1750, during the reign of the Qianlong emperor. Condition - very good - there is a small rim chip (please view enlargement 9); no further damages and no restoration. 11.5cm (4.5inches) high; 8.9cm (3.5inches) diameter.

A cylindrical (sugar-candy) jar on a footring with a glazed base and a domed cover with finial, applied with two lobbed handles, famille rose decorated in various enamel translucent enamel colours, iron-red and gold. Decorated on both sides with sprays of flowering peony, on the cover a similar decoration, on the finial a decoration of a single flower. Hallmarked, Chinese silver hand chased mug. There is a large phoenix on each side with a bamboo grove background and dragon handle. All the details are crisp. Excellent detailing and in pristine condition. Measures 5" high, dragon handle 5 1/2" high, 3 1/4" across the base, 3" across the top. This is in pristine condition with a wonderful patina. Circa 1850. You will not be disappointed.
