A lovely carving with great character depicting Guanyin reclining, two children carrying peaches accompany her. The carving is in pale grey soapstone and has traces of red and black painting. The carving is in one piece and is permanently fixed to a stained wood base.

Dramatic pair of antique stone Chinese lions, each standing on it's own pedestal, wonderfully carved with open mouths, one lion with baby lion under paw. Several hundred years old.
Size: 37" high x 24" deep, 11" wide.
A middle Ming stone (granite?) head of a lohan in full round. The head is mounted on a plexi glass stand and measures 4 1/2" high by 3" deep by 2 1/2" wide - with the stand the piece measures 5 3/8" high. It is in excellent condition with no chips or restorations. There are traces of red gesso coloring in the folds.
