Four(4) Chinese Lacquer on wood Dishes, painted in red and gold colors, all four(4) dishes have slightly different design on the top, 5 1/8" diameter on top, 1 1/2" high with high rim on the bottom. Red wax mark and Chinese characters on the bottom, made before 1920. There are some lacquer losses and separation between wood.

A extremely rare 18th century lacquered cosmetic box with M.O.P. inlay. A special feature to this treasure is that it also set in gold wire, interspersed with silver foil. In the center of the geometric stars are diamond shaped pieces of gold, just wonderful! The main theme is a large garden flower with two micro well formed butterflies, the details and workmanship are fantastic. Extremely rare Kangxi lac burgate over porcelain vase, delicately inlaid with iridescent mother of pearl displaying a single Chrysanthemum. Unique in design accompanied with the ever lovely bean green glaze, which only the neck and mouth and base bottom display. The condition of the porcelain is perfect, but the lacquer is not, some small pieces of mother of pearl are missing and some touch up paint around a section of the shoulder is evident.
