A cloisonne enamel bowl depicting three yellow five-clawed dragons on black ground, above stylized waves and below a ruyi border, in pursuit of flaming pearls. This item was made in China in the late 19th or early 20th Century, probably during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Late Qing Dynasty Chinese Cloisonne Serving Vessel with eight fantastic dragons supporting this two level creation. It was used as a serving piece for important dinners. The design is a powerful work of art to be admired by the dinner guest. It also features a gold finial of a phoenix, and superb cloisonne patterns of dragons in motion. 18.5 inches (47cm) high.

A small quatrefoil canton enamel dish decorated in famille rose enamels.

Dating from the 2nd half of the C18th., it measures 3 3/4inches (9.5 cms) long.

There is a short crack the the back of the rim and some very minor chips to interior rim.

Museum quality piece. The front decorated with two dragons and the flaming pearl, the back decorated with bats, the standing rim decorated with colorful flower bands, both on the inside and outside. China, 19th century. Dimensions: 22 x 15,5 cm. Condition: excellent. A similar tray can be found in the catalogue of the opium exhibition at Kunsthal Rotterdam (collection F. Bertholet and C. Hoogendoorn) page 177 and 178.(see pictures)

A small cup , square shape with canted corners, decorated with a scholar and pupil. These tiny cups rarely survive in good condition, this one is very fine. Note that the green enamel applied within the foot-rim has curdled during the firing.
