A CHINESE CLOISONNE TRAY FOR THE SCHOLAR’S TABLE. 19THC.
A little ‘shabby chic’ admittedly but a nice item to place on your scholar’s table, with a few small desk items displayed there. The short walls and base are made from paktong or white brass and show various small knocks and other signs of old age.
A heavily constructed box decorated with a dragon set against a bright turquoise ground. The gilding is thickly applied and is still in good state.

A PAIR OF CHINESE CLOISONNE DISHES, EARLY 19TH CENTURY.
A pair of small dishes, very heavily constructed and nicely gilded. The colouring and composition is unusual. I think these dishes are from the early 19th century, perhaps even late 18th century.

A RARE CHINESE EUROPEAN SUBJECT ENAMEL DISH, QIANLONG, 18TH CENTURY.
The dish is decorated with enamels on a copper body, work associated with Canton. Charming composition very well executed. Made for export to the West during the Qianlong period, 18th century.

Esitmated from 19th to early 20th century, exquisite cloisonne work with jade carving in the shape of fish on silver box. I believe that this was used as a box for jewel or small articles. Overall condition is great with fine patina. It has silver mark on the base as shown on the photo.
Qing dynasty (19th century)
Each figure similarly modeled as stylized tortoise's, decorated in the usual palette of sky blue, red, yellow and green. The carapace is removable revealing a hallow body, and the tail is shaped so that the lamp can be held between the thumb and the index of the hand.

This is a SIMILAR PAIR OF CLOISONNE ANIMALS IN THE FORM OF PHOENIX BIRDS CARRYING VASES . Each one measures 7 inches wide (nose to tail) by 10 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches in depth.
They date from the middle of the 19th century through the 1920's .
They are in outstanding condition with very few extremely minor losses or repairs to the enamel.
They are covered with archaic bird and leaf designs throughout.

A hemispherical bowl decorated with formal lotus and bats surrounding a white ‘shou’, good luck character. The body of the bowl is copper; the rims and cloisons appear to be gilded bronze. A very well crafted round box and cover decorated with a rampant dragon and flaming pearl.
