High fired Xiajiadian culture Neolithic handled pot made of gray burnished pottery. There are a couple of minor chips on the rim, not bad considering it is 4300-3700 years old. H: 6.3cm/2.5in and W: 9cm/3.5in (handle to rim).

A stucco face of Buddha mounted on a custom lucite stand. The face dates from the Six Dynasties style, probably from the Northern Qi dynasty, circa 550-577 AD, by the look of the sweet smile on his expression. The face measures 2" high by 2 3/4" wide by 1 1/4" deep and is in very good condition with very minor wear. A rare painted and turquoise glazed Cizhou censer, Yuan or early Ming dynasty. The shape with tall collar and upstanding loop handles is typical of this early period. It appears to have had some use but remarkably it has survived in fine condition. The glaze is finely crazed all over and by using a glass one can see that the surface shows signs of genuine wear and even some slight iridescence in places.
