Sold A fine Edo period black lacquer sake pot (choshi.) The ivy (Tsuta) mon in allover decoration in gold lacquer on the pot and cover. Intricate flowering 'karakusa' vine decoration on the handle. The discus-form pot with flat topped spout and hinged handle and raised on three ball feet. $400.00 Extremely rare and hard to find, is this truly exceptional Chinese cloisonne pitcher, enriched by geometrical designs and embodied with colorful flowers. The top and bottom borders are done in a royal blue cobalt contrasted by a turquoise backdrop entwined with golden wire. This wonderful item is dated to the late 19th century and stands 4 inches tall.
Rare 17th Century Tibetan Chakrasamvara Thangka with numerous inscriptions on the back. There is a tape repair on the center of the back. 26 x 19.5 inches, 66 x 50 cm.

Sold to China - May 2011 售至中国2011年5月 A bronze "bombe" form censer with original stand, profusely carved with mythical creatures and traditional stories and with two fish handles. The base carries the six character reign mark of the Xuande emperor (1426-1435) but this item was made later during the last 100 years of the Qing dynasty (circa 1810-1910). Condition very good - no damages or repairs. 24cm (9.5inches) across; 12cm (4.9inches) high with stand. Stand 17cm (6.7inches) diameter. Weight 2.5kg (5.5lbs).

A spotted deer with high horns was an ancient ceramic toy. Nicely squeezed and mold in shape and obtained the artistic interest. Some similar pieces were found in Chinese documentation. Date: Song Dynasty, 11th/12th century. Height: 8.5cm. Condition: Broken in neck and re-glued. Some abrasions and debris in the glaze.
