The size of Screen: 24” Long x 24 1/8” High(center) x 3/4” Thick. Each panel is 7 1/8” wide. This is 4 panel screen done in black lacquer finish. The screen has violin and other ornaments design. Unusual Chinese temple corbel made of hand carved wood. With black, red, and gilt lacquer pigments, carved with the head of a dragon, a bird, and flora. Very interesting style of carving, similar to that of Mayan imagery.

Antique Japanese 4 panel screen with rooster and hen. This unusual screen has gold lacquered open lattice work backed with the original sheer white silk. A beautiful scene of a blossoming plum tree, yellow daisies and chickens makes up the carved and painted foreground. The bottom portion of each panel is pierced carved and painted with scenes of rocks and cymbidium orchids.

Chinese porcelain vase in clair de lune glaze. Six characters Qianlong mark, we date it to Guangxu period based on the written style of the mark and other factors. Condition: There is one chip on the foot rim, no other damage besides this. Height: 14"

This is a very fine and highly decorated cloisonne vase from Ota. I has 6 different panels and loads of detail and colorful scroll work. The hardwood (Rosewood or Mahogany) stand is old an is included with the vase. The vase stands 6 inches tall and is in excellent condition.

This is a very fine small Japanese cloisonne vase done in the style of early Namikawa cloisonne pieces. This vase like Namikawa works has butterflies, high sheen mottled enamels and gilt wires. Even so we believe it was probably made by Honda. This heavy piece stands 4 3/4 inches and the condition is nearly mint.

On its back is a removable bulbous vase form with flared neck (tianquiping) Incised with arctic motif. The elephants almond shaped eyes, diminutive tusk, pinched ears, with trunk swayed inward. The bronze is lost wax cast method. It has verdigris patina with a dry russet color.
