Made in the technique known as "ganga-jumna" referring to the two great rivers of North India. From a Swiss lady's private collection. Condition: small quite invisible dents. An authentic antique Tibetan belt pouch or purse from the 18th - 19th century. It is of museum-quality and made of silver, brass, iron, and leather. The front of the pouch is richly decorated with solid silver plaques that feature a foliage pattern and are studded with corals and turquoise. The top of the pouch has a brass suspension fitting cast in relief and is adorned in the center with a mask...

A pair decorative Indian brass vases with engraved decoration of carnation tendrils, embellished with red, orange and black enamel. Condition: some traces of usage, few tiny enamel losses. Dimension: 24.9 cm and 25.2 cm high.

Head of Citipati, made of embossed bronze with gilding on the front and red painting to enhance the eyes. Fine green patina in the recesses and on the back. The head is pierced on its top and lower side to allow not to be worn on a necklace that was used by a Tibetan lama or oracle particularly during the Cham ceremonies and dances. Tibet, early 19th century. Height: 7.5 cm. Very good condition.

A contemporary but very attractive Tibetan ewer, crafted of thin, hand-worked sheets of white metal that appear to be some type of nickel/aluminum amalgam, decorated with deep repousse and chasing techniques forming the decorative bands along the shoulder, neck, lid, and upper base of vessel, with well-formed makara shaped spout and handle, all atop a splayed footed base...

Worn for festival, this shapely Tibetan belt is covered with black and coral colored beads, cowrie shells and has a central medallion of silver with turquoise beads. The belt is secured around the waist with cord ties which extend from each side, I have used it as a wall decoration. At the widest section, the belt is 4 inches...The entire beaded length is 26 inches, but with the cord ties it will accommodate a large waist size

Fine lime box, made of silver with embossed decoration of floral and geometric design, its lid being adorned at its top with an embossed brass decor representing a stylised Buddhist Wheel of the Law. Beneath, an embossed design representing a stylised Buddhist Wheel of the Law surrounded by a floral decor. The box still contains remnants of lime, which is used for the betel. Tibet, early 20th century, maybe earlier. Dimensions: height: 4.8 cm, diameter: 6.3 cm. Very good condition.

Small Indian mask cast in bronze or brass, finely engraved. Depicting the crowned head of a male deity with bulging eyes and moustache. Karnataka / Maharashtra c. 19th century. From a Swiss lady's private collection. Condition: fine. Dimension: 12 cm high x 12 cm wide x 8.5 cm deep.

A pair woman's Paduka in fish form, made of hardwood and inlaid with brass wire. Base inscribed "Hindu bath sandals" and "Anna Broadwood". A similar pair in the Bata Shoe Museum Collection in Toronto. Dimension: c. 22 cm long, 8.8 cm wide, total height: 8.4 cm. Condition: few traces of usage, a short section with missing wire (see picture no. 2).

Antique Tibetan mandala. Hand painted on cloth and mounted on thick wood, reverse shows 2 pieces of decorated paper. Edges with strips of metal attached, hanging ring at top.
