The first man in line bestows a ceremonial gift, painted with gilt pigment. Two men stand out of line with a domesticated jaquar. Arabic writing decorates the top and the bottom of the painting. Set in a gilt frame.

$500.00 A very good Tibetan Meditation Mat / Rug made of hand woven wool of different colours; the centre medallion is decorated with a stylised Dragon while the large outer border has Buddhist symbols and flowers.
Measurements: L 65 cm x W 57 cm.
Condition: very good considering the age and use; only a very small area (1/5 cm) of repair at the border see picture no 4.

$500.00 Antique 19th century Indian Archer Thumb Ring Zihgir. The ring is carved of a veined green Nephrite Jade, inlaid with metal wire, and set with 8 cabochons and 3 small, oval, red and green jewels.
MEASUREMENTS: Overall length 4.5 cm (1.77 inches). The inner ring diameter is around 2.2 cm (0.87 inches).

The Tsudruk carpets are made of three panels, each of the three panels is woven individually and then hand-stitched together. Tsukdruk rugs were not used for the floor but for a sitting or sleeping couch / bed as they are quite soft and supple.. C. 1920.
