Lovely Qing Dynasty amber colored agate ovoid form snuff bottle, with an oval foot rim surrounding a shallowly recessed flat base, with mask handles on each side. The bottle is very well-hollowed and "thin walled". Includes brass/red corral lid. Height of bottle itself is 2 inches. High resolution images may be emailed to you on request.
A lovely Qing Dynasty jade carving of a boy. Item is in general good condition except for a small chip on head ornament in back. High resolution images available by email on request.
Pair of Chinese early Republic period baluster form porcelain vases covered overall in a flambé transmutation style glaze (referred to as "san yang kai tai") of oxblood red and green that darkens to nearly black. The glaze drips down into the flared mouth and stops short of the unglazed base. 8 3/4" to just under 9” high each. Early 20th century. Very good overall condition...

It is raised on three tall supports each decorated with a stylised mask and a flange. Late Ming Dynasty, 16th - 17th century. H : 25,9 cm. There is an old inventory Number to the base of the body. Ex Christie´s London.

Her interesting looped hairdo is parted into two bunches that rest atop the sides of her head. The figure has most of the original pigments, some of which have worn off over the years.Very difficult to find one that has not been restored.
Period: Tang (618 - 907 AD)

Price on Request Chinese rare Sancai glazed pottery figure of a standing horse. The saddle pad is glazed with four colors including a rare blue. The saddle itself is covered with a vermillion slip and naturalistically modeled with sweeping folds of fabric. Most exquisite is the graceful arching of the horses neck, the slight turn of the perfectly proportioned head, and one whimsically turned back ear. With TL test papers.
