$4,500.00 The head is carved in a grey stone that I think is limestone, it is harder than marble but it can be scratched with a steel tool. The naive sculpture seems to be made by a craftsman who was not a sculptor or a sculptor of a primitive people. It unquestionably represents a Buddha with his third eye in the middle of his forehead. There is some red pigment left in one nostril and in the corner of the mouth.The appearance of the stone seems very old...

Silver alloy opium box, lavishly decorated on all its sides with relief designs representing a nobleman with his servant in a park, flowers, birds (on the lid), and two inscriptions. Partly erased artist mark beneath. China, 19th century. Height: 6.2 cm. Very good condition.

$600.00 A removable Chinese travel hat stand. Cut in the shape of two interlocking Lingzhi. Carved in a beautiful hardwood with a very fine grain. Good cabinetwork finish. Simple object but very elegant and rare. Beautiful antique patina of the wood. Difficult to date exactly in the Qing period.
Height : about 23cm
The two mushrooms broken in half and badly glued together (see photo). I can, on request, glue them back together correctly for free.
