Sold to Germany - August 2011 An early 18th Century "Chinese Imari" Tea Caddy or Cannister made in Jingdezhen, southern China, for export to Europe during the reign of the Yongzheng emperor (1723-1736). Condition - there is no cover, there are small chips / frits to the base and there are chips to the shoulder; no cracks and no restoration...
Chinese Kangxi period (1662-1722) globular form export porcelain lidded teapot with straight spout, loop handle, and domed cover decorated overall with panels of flowering plants in the Imari palette of underglaze cobalt blue and overglaze red pigments with gilt highlights set against a white porcelain ground. Circa 1700. Measures 5 5/8” from handle to spout and 4 ¼” in height. Very good overall condition...

This item was made in China for export, circa 1750, during the reign of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795). Sold to China - November 2013 售至中国 - 2013 年11月 A rare ovoid vase on high flaring foot painted in shades of underglaze blue and made in China for export to Europe during the reign of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722).
Condition: there is "fritting" (production glaze loss) to the base (please view enlargements) and there are very minor glaze imperfections; there are no cracks and there has been no restoration.
14.5cm (5.7inches) high.

Sold in our Liverpool shop - May 2014 / 利物浦店 内售出 - 2014年5月 An early 18th Century porcelain tea bowl and saucer decorated in underglaze blue with overgalze iron red and green enamels in "Verte Imari" style. This item was made in China for export to Europe early in the 18th Century, probably during the reign of the Yongzheng emperor (1723-1735).

Saucer: 11.5cm (4.5 inches) diameter.

Sold. Beautiful set of six porcelain dinner plates for the Straits Chinese market, enamelled with the phoenix and peony motif. With gilded scalloped edges and stamped shop mark "Wang Shen Shu" to the base, dating around 1900. Condition: enamels and rim gilding with little wear. Dimension: diameter: 19.2 cm.

Sold in our Liverpool Shop - September 2015 / 利物浦店内售出 - 2015年9月 A porcelain bowl painted with over glaze "famille rose" enamels depicting a flowering peony shrub issuing from a stylized blue rock. This item was made in China for export to Europe during the second quarter of the 18th Century.
Condition: very good - there is a 1.7cm chip to the inside of the footrim; no other damages and no restoration.
14cm (5.5 inches) diameter; 6.5cm (2.6 inches) high.
