The pair of children appear to be fragments of an old roof tile, and each one is set upon a wooden stand. The modeling of the children is exceptional, especially the character in their faces. They are dressed quite elaborately, one with a deep yellow glazed robe and the other with a grey robe with white crackle glaze...

Chinese porcelain rice bowl with a matching footed lid, decorated with red snarling dragons, surrounded by pink and blue puffs of smoke and red embers. The lid's top has pink flowers with pretty twisting vines, and around the bottom of the bowl is a blue-green wave pattern. The lid and bowl have marks that read "Da Qing Guangxu Nian Zhi" (1875-1908). 19th/early 20th century Size: 3.5" height, 6" width

Two antique Chinese famille rose porcelain bowls, both bowls have 'Guangxu' mark on the bases and of the period. Size; Diameter of larger bowl is 5 inches and diameter of smaller bowl is 4 1/4 inches. The inside bottom of each cup has an orange flower between two yellow flowers within a blue ring. Mark on bottom reads "Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi" or "Great Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period, Made". Chinese porcelain vase with a glaze known as flambe, a red glaze vase with blue underglaze flecks and a brownish yellow glaze around the mouth and bottom, as well as where the neck and body meet. It has a light blue glaze inside. 19th Century Size: 6" height, 3.25" width

Chinese blanc de chine porcelain statue of Quan Yin, the Buddhist bodhisattva associated with compassion. Her name is short for Guanshiyin, meaning "Observing the Cries of the World." She stands upon strong, rolling winds and holds a lotus flower in her left hand. The statue is hollow and is pierced through her ears, eyes, and nostrils. 18th/19th Century Size: 12" height, 4.5" width

A very attractive QING blue and white porcelain plate with underglaze blue fish center medallion surrounded by 4 additional fish. Base has double circle and 4 character mark in center. Condition is good with two tiny inconsequential fritts and one small chip on rim. Size 5" diameter H. 3/4"

Chinese porcelain box with a cobalt blue underglaze of a twisting dragon on the lid, with squared spiral designs around the lid's edges. The bottom of the box has crashing waves and a large fish sticking its head out from the water. The bottom of the box is marked Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi, "Great Qing Qianlong Period Make". The white spots seen on the box are a reflection of the box's textured surface. Size: 2.25" height, 4" width

Antique vase with a long, elegant neck, white base with allover design of flying dragons with a green glaze. The vase mouth is lined with gold, and the vase bottom has rolling ocean waves in a green glaze, with raised white dotting. The design of butterflies and melons is seldom encountered on Chinese porcelain, found only on a few Qianlong pieces. This shaped dish I feel is from the early 19th century but the ‘orange peel’ surface of the porcelain is often found on Qianlong export pieces. Like the Qianlong painted melons these have a pronounced ‘spotting’ in either famille rose or gold enamel on the fruits.
