ESL Collection
Sold Chinese porcelain vase decorated with "shou (longevity)" characters, deer, pine trees, and other auspicious motifs in famille rose enamel. According to the decorations, this vase should be designed and made for celebrating someone's birthday. The is a six-character Kangxi mark inside the foot rim, we date the vase to the late Qing Dynasty, 19th century. The vase is in very good antique condition, with exceptions of a kiln adhesion spot and a chip on the foot rim...
Diameter approximately 41 cm. In good condition.

Star crack on the bottom which stained over the years and scratch on the glaze on the raised decorated surface.

There are some glaze crazing and scratches on the surface.

$175.00 Chinese Famille Jaune Porcelain round shape Ginger Jar, Ca. 1920, 7 1/2" high, 7" wide- widest middle area, 3 3/4" diameter-top rim, with overglaze Happiness Chinese character inside 4 round circle wrapped around double bats, filled with sprays of pink Peony floral branches. Inside the bottom shows some rough finish stains, not crack, outside bottom is completely sealed and finished surface. Some old frits around inner rim area and some surface scratches on the glazed area.

Width approximately 34 cm (across the handles). Height approximately 25 cm. The cover handle is repaired. In good condition.
