A charming Chinese qingjiang rice pot, adorned with boys that was a popular theme and personal favorite of the Empress Dowager. Lovely soft colors with sharp details, this rice pot is worthy as a piece of hand painted art for decorative display. Condition: small piece of glaze is missing on the inside bottom of the green bowl, the same bowl has a minor glaze imperfection on the outside. The rest of the set is in mint condition.

Two very bright famille jaune (yellow background) ginger jars. These stunning early 20th (C 1910-20) are in excellent condition and very rare to find in this palette, let alone an undamaged pair with lids. Very richly enameled. Chinese Porcelain red glazed bowl dating to the 20th Century. The bowl has a maker's mark on the bottom and added spot drilled markings on the interior. The bowl appears to be a communal eating bowl with an owners marking. The interior mark translates to "battle ax" which may indicate it was used by a military man. Chinese antique fencai porcelain dish with three circles of images of different blooming flowers with a pink sgraffito ground scrolling vine pattern surrounding the image. A very well painted Chinese hat stand. This would be considered transitional late Qing 1906-1911 to pre 1920, my guess is that it is just after the Qing period. The colors and enamel painting feature the God of Longevity with boys at play. Beautifully painted tree with flowers at bloom. A very finely potted and finely painted blue and white vase depicting three five-clawed dragons, amongst cloud scrolls, in pursuit of flaming pearls and above stylized breaking waves. The base carries the six character seal mark of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795) but, after three years deliberation, we have come to the conclusion that this item was probably made later, circa 1880-1920, during the late Qing or early Republic periods...

One very lovely hat stand painted with rich bright colors and exhibiting a scene from the red chamber. Genuine Chinese porcelain hat stands are getting hard to find these days. We date this lovely example to about 1910. Measures 11.5" x 5".

Chinese Green and yellow glazed Pottery Figure, two(2) men with large fish , 7" high, 3" wide, 3" deep, 3 1/4" diameter-bottom. There are some glaze chips and tight glaze hairline about 2" long around back side of the neck of the standing man behind.

Chinese Porcelain turquoise color man Figure sitting on the rock, 3" high, 2 3/4" wide, 1 1/2" deep, made before 1920's. His nose and one(1) foot got stuck during firing in the kiln, when this figure was removed from the other object, he lost his side of nose and one(1) foot. Impressed mark "China" on the unglazed bottom.

Chinese Guan-style ceramic bowl, with everted rims above the shallow bowl, further raised on a short foot, coated with a cracked celadon glaze, the recessed base reveals the brown clay body. Size: Diameter of this fine bowl is 7.6 inches. Condition Report: Very good condition.
